RMC are proud to be working with Fespa UK and Reconomy to minimise the impact our waste products have on the environment.
We try to use PVC free products where the application and budget allows which gives us the opportunity for safe and responsible disposal. Although we don’t have a PVC free alternative for flex face skins, Reconomy and Fespa UK have come up with a solution to responsibly dispose of them.
RMC have been involved in Fespa’s waste management scheme since it’s infancy and has enabled us to recycle the majority of our print waste and are able to do a take back service from our clients.

Health & Well-Being
As part of our commitment to the health and well-being of our employees we have an approachable senior leadership team and encourage people to discuss any issues they are facing.
We work closely with the Printing Charity who operate a 24/7 help line which provides confidential emotional support as well as practical advice about a range of subjects including legal information, relationship advice, stress & anxiety, bereavement, family issues, and childcare support.
Some of our team have been through mental health first aid training so they can help support their colleagues. We subsidise private healthcare for employees that wish to use it and utilize the bike to work scheme.
Supporting The Community
We are a member of FESPA UK and are proud to work with our peers within the industry to help give something back. In our local community we are proud patrons of North Ferriby Football Club, sponsors of Kingswood United Diamonds and Haltemprice Squash team. The team can often be found fundraising for charities and we always lend our support. We’ve supported some amazing local charities such as Oscar’s Chance as well as national charities including MacMillan, MND Association and MIND.
